Diet anyone..

This pass few days i've been trying to eat a little, control myself of not taking nasi lemak for break fast, mee hoon goreng or my usual heavy breakfast. I have to say its easier said then done. But i push myself to control of not going back to the habit. but working in hotel industry, eating for lunch hour is free. Yess free, so you can take as many and go for 2nd, 3rd round or until you vommit(but not to that extend people).

while eating at our cafeteria yesterday 1 of my friend who is also trying to diet as he is getting ready for his big day (marriage) giving me advice that taking rice a lot is not good as it content a lot of sugar. people who have diabetic intake should be as little as posible. second, do not takes eggs esp the egg yolk as it contain a lot more fats then you might ever think. So dont over indulge yourself on cakes. Thirdly, if you see oil in your food esp those coming out oozing from your fried food, its not really that bad he said as our body does not absorb well with oil. not entirely 100 percent but maybe 7 ish percent? hummm...that remain a mystery. But he did advice that by taking sugar our body absorb 100 percent of all the sweetness we take. Take all off it and your end up with all the lumps of fats in our body. a good regime of excersice is also good. hummm...when can i start? i guess anytime soon? really heheh...So today i when and go ahead broke my diet regime, i had my second round of rice of chicken rice... hahaha...

in..

in life there is hardship,
there is happiness,
there is sadness,
but most importantly how to cherish it.
Things might come and go,
up and down,
but remember it and learn from it.
what ever you do just remind yourself to be strong,
positve,
openly,
humbly,
and accept.
Do remind yourselve to believe that,
Life is a fool,
twist it,
strecth it,
no matter what,
you choose your life.

Weekends

My weekends is ussually my off day and usually all alone as my hubby works on shift. Either Saturday or Sunday(Not both day) unless it fall on public holiday then yey!! i got to spend my off day like people who works 9-5pm job and having weekends their off day. life would be bliss if i ever have the change to have both day as my offday. ok enough about off day. Lets see been spending my weekends with my sis, my cousing bona and my niece. a day full of crying (my niece kay), window shopping around town, cooking, baking, taking picture, gossiping, eat, eat and eat. Last 2 weekends went out my sis and niece for warehouse sale on books. She crazy on books. Bought a few books minus the pulling, pushing and smells of people in close proximity(am alegic to crowd..cehh..)and i can tell you this people still do read books lots and lots of it ok. i am now a believer..huh? ok..

cooking for the hungry tummy

I was rambling to my dude that i'm hungry and suggested to him that maybe we can go out out to have some supper. that was 9:30 pm. He simply said " sudah makan la hon tadi kul 5". humm..said to him..you sudah makan can la say that but i'm hungry. finally after giving him the long face he finally said ok at 10pm. after my moveie finish. ok i said. Then i waited, waited, finally 10pm. he does not make 1 move. he finally said "i cooked for yu la argh hon..." what maggi mee. So bored. i decided to go to the kitchen and look at my cabinet. spagetti, garlic, olive oil, dried shrimp...tada...!! ideas man... so i made my first dried shirmp olio...mind you my hubby who finish it all said to me earlier that his not hungry. the last word i hear from his mouth after emptying the plate " not bad hon, sadap."

Dried shrimp olio

Dried shrimp (udang karing)
spagetti
olive oil
garlic ( slice thinly)
ground black pepper
basil
ayam mas cube (if you have the granule much more easier)
-Cooked the spagetti accoriding to the instrcution or al dente
-used a skillet pour some olive oil
-put the thinly sliced garlic, dried shrimp until brownsih or you feels it cooked. ( instinct people)
-put the cooked spagetti, pour litte of the boil water from the spaggetti earlier
-the crush black pepper and the basil leave.
-put in a plate and scater around the ayam mas cube (crush it, to taste)
Voila...like my hubby said sadap jugak.

on your mark, get set....not yet go...

Been thinking of doing something crzay lately (not killing myself though) of doing something to add those kaching..ching...hum lets see;

1) part time job..
- Will get tired after my work or just lazy
2)Find a better salary( higher then now)
- Too lazy to start all over again
3) start my pending business plan.
- Still pending but will do.

The conclusion is i have choosen....jeng jeng... still pending...

lets play make up.

Everyday routine of before starting my duty first uniform, pantyhose, shoes, hair and last but not least the "make up". Nowdays make up is important to me for work purpose at least. during those naive or people said "budak hingusan" day i don't even know what is eye shadow let alone plucking my eyebrow. The make up experience started when i got my first job at a 5 star hotel in kuala lumpur. Whhuaahhh! like always the mangsa one my big sister help me. i still remember during dinner time, which i was scared a little to asked " sut nanti ko tulung sia make up bisuk arh" its good to have a sister who understand that her little sister don't even know how to be a lady. Hehehe....so we wake up early that morning for my first day job, i think its was 5 a'clock in the morning just to prepare myself to make up, after much colours there and everywhere finally we get it right well "sut" got it right. off we went to work. It was nerve wrecking for me also as i don't dare to touch my face scared that it will wear off. But hey, it lasted until i finish my work. Now when putting on make up not even 5 minute off me go for my duty minus the hair bun like nenek tua they said.
